Theory: Self Care
As a nurse transitioning into a primary care provider, my roles will
change significantly. Although my roles will change, one thing that
will not change will be my duty to educate and promote selfawareness and self-care. As healthcare providers, we are to
encourage our patients and their family to be active in their care.
